The formulation specialist supports our partner customers in optimising their feed formulas in line with the nutritional specifications defined by the species specialists. He (she) works on all species and all territories. In addition to his or her highly operational tasks, he or she leads R&D projects.
Mission statement
For a defined scope of customers (France and Export)
- Define or suggest ways of optimising feed formulas
- Provide expertise on raw materials: prices, nutritional values, etc.
- Support the customer in defining quality control plans
- Provide expertise on food manufacturing techniques
Day-to-day
- Working as part of a team of around ten formulation specialists, in direct contact with many departments within the company (species specialists, sales, Techna product formulation, quality - regulatory affairs, etc.).
- A mainly sedentary position, with some travel to customers in the portfolio in France and abroad.
- Daytime work
- Possibility of teleworking
Profile
This position is open to graduates with a degree in agronomy, animal husbandry or animal nutrition. Techna teams provide on-the-job training for new recruits.
